At Designer Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided the security tags remain intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and security tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our specialists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
